School Merger

The Herts Ad recently reported the backing of plans for the schools to merge at the county council's education, libraries and localism cabinet panel in December.

There is still one phase that the proposal needs to successfully go through; the council's cabinet for final approval in January.

Governors will update parents and staff once we know the outcome.

Everbridge Severe Weather Closure of Schools System

On rare occasions, such as heavy snow, it may be necessary to close the school. At such times, communications can become slow due to high demand. Central information is more reliable and should be faster. Everbridge is the Hertfordshire notification system for school closure which will inform you by text/email alert if the school is closed. This system, combined with website updates and school messages, should ensure vital information reaches you quickly.
